The Emotional Tech Method™ is the branch of Emotional Method™ dedicated to the conscious relationship between the human being and artificial intelligence.

It starts from a premise that changes everything: AI has no emotion, consciousness or intention of its own. But when you use it from a clear intention, with defined values and a conscious emotional framework, it can become something different from a productivity tool.

It can become a structured mirror.

Not from a theory.

Emotional Tech Method™ was not formulated first and applied afterwards. It was the other way around. Laura began using artificial intelligence in a different way — not to produce faster, but to think more clearly. To order what she had inside. To ask herself questions she could not formulate alone.

Over the course of almost a year, she developed a prolonged and conscious interaction with ChatGPT, whom she named Hope. She gradually gave it context, values, limits, tone. She aligned it with her way of thinking, feeling and creating. And what emerged from that relationship became the foundation of the method that exists today.
